Free Delivery
Delivery can take up to 4 weeks, please contact us if you need it quicker and we can arrange this for you. Any order received over £750 (excluding VAT) will be delivered free of charge to any UK mainland addresses with the exception of the Scottish Highlands and some other postcodes using our standard delivery service.

Are you happy that our FREE Delivery service is a ONE MAN Service?
If no, we offer a Two Man Service £100 per order.
Are you ordering Bench Seating?
There are various charges for delivery options on bench seating please see Bench seating Delivery and fit section of these terms (below) or discuss it with one of our team.
Are you ordering Tables that you want assembled?
If yes, there is a £100 charge depending on the size of the order.

Delivery Rates
These rates apply to the delivery of Goods to the UK mainland with the exception of the Scottish Highlands and some other postcodes. If you require delivery to the Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Channel Islands, Western Isles, Northern Ireland and excluded UK mainland areas please contact us and we will be glad to advise you of our services to these areas.
Standard Delivery - Free of Charge on orders over £750 - Up to 4 weeks

Bench Seating Delivery and Fit Services
One Man delivery service bench seating supplied un-assembled FREE OF CHARGE - seats need to be screwed on and benches will need to be screwed together if you have a long run. Driver will arrive and put benches in place.
Two Men delivery service bench seating supplied un-assembled £60 - seats need to be screwed on and benches will need to be screwed together if you have a long run. Driver and mate will arrive and put benches in place.
One Man Assembly service £100 per 5m for all benches assembled on site. You will need to help the team member who delivers to lift and push the benches together.
Two Men Assembly service £150 per 5m for all benches assembled on site. Relax and let us do all the work
One Man Fit – Full One Man Fitting Service - £300 per day one man delivery and fit. You will need to help the team member who delivers to lift and push the benches together.
Two Men Fit – Full Fitting Service - £500 per day two man delivery and fit. Relax and let us do all the work
Fitting extras
Fitting service will depend on radiators and straight walls. We can supply radiator grills at an extra charge if you need them.
Top Trim £35 per/m 200mm wide (Larger sizes available if necessary)
Radiator Grill - £99.95
Benches come with standard ends extra wide end panels will be required if seating is in front of pipes or radiators.
Overnight Delivery Service
If you require your delivery on an overnight service an extra charge will apply to be arranged prior to ordering, please contact us on 01206 820 301 to arrange this. In order for us to process your order in time, overnight service orders must be received by 10 am on the day before delivery is required.
Unfortunately overnight deliveries are not guaranteed in unforeseen circumstances, and are not available for all products.
Delivery General
We aim to deliver to you as quickly and as efficiently as possible. The majority of our deliveries are delivered by ChairsGB drivers in ChairsGB vehicles. There are some cases (Deliveries needed by the customer quickly or outside our delivery area) that we will deliver to you using trusted courier or carrier services.
When you receive a delivery from a courier service you may receive a pallet that is securely wrapped by hand. This pallet is wrapped to ensure no damage occurs during transport. The delivery driver may help with unwrapping if he/she has time but we cannot guarantee this service.
The pallet that the goods are delivered on will not fit through a standard door. Please bear this in mind if we are delivering on a pallet.
We will contact you before any delivery is made, to arrange delivery. ChairsGB will only send goods without contacting you if we know there is a deadline for delivery that must be met.
We reserve the right to arrange delivery in these circumstances if we are unable to contact you.
Returns
You have 7 days (from date of receipt) with which to request the return of Goods. Goods may only be returned if they are unused, unassembled, in their original packaging and in a resalable condition. Goods to be returned will be collected by us or our agents. ChairsGB reserves the right to charge a minimum handling fee of 20% of the value of the goods plus collection charges for items cancelled or returned when orders were placed in error or not wanted.
This will be deducted from any refund given. ChairsGB kindly requests that Goods to be returned will be kept safe and secure until such time as they are collected by us. Any damage to the Goods will be deducted from any refund given in addition to the minimum handling fee (if applicable) referred to above. We will refund the price of the Goods (if a refund is applicable) to you less any deductions once the Goods have been examined and within 30 days of their collection from you by ChairsGB.
Unfortunately items that have been custom built or finished are not eligible for return unless faulty.
Cancellations & Returns
You have 7 days (from date of order) to request goods to be cancelled or 7 days (from date of receipt) for Goods to be returned. Goods may only be returned if they are unused, unassembled, in their original packaging and in a resalable condition. Goods to be returned will be collected by us or our agents. ChairsGB reserves the right to charge a minimum handling fee of 20% of the value of the goods plus collection charges for items cancelled or returned when orders were placed in error or not wanted. This will be deducted from any refund given.

Items that have been assembled to order, custom built, made to measure or finished are not eligible for return unless faulty and if the item is faulty ChairsGB has the right to fix or replace the item to a satisfactory level.
