Season 1, episode 5 of The Restaurant Inspector saw the revamp of Eastbourne’s Horeaus Restaurant. The Restaurant Inspector transformed the restaurant into freshly named ‘Simply Seafood’ by altering the menu and renovating the interior. A major change that The Restaurant Inspector made to the Horeaus Restaurant was disposing of the old, uncomfortable chairs and purchasing new, high quality chairs from ChairsGB which completely modernised the restaurant and delighted the owners and customers
